Welcome to Monday Tennis ("App," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Wave Tech LLC. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you understand how your data is handled.

- Group Information: Names and descriptions of tennis groups you create.
- Player Information: Names of players added to groups (which may include yourself and others).
- Match Data: Tennis match scores, set results, and related game statistics you record.

- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for app functionality.
- Usage Data: How you interact with the App, including features used and actions taken.
- Log Data: Error logs and crash reports to help us improve app stability.

- Location data or GPS information
- Contacts from your device
- Photos, videos, or media files
- Financial or payment information
- Health or fitness data
- Biometric data
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Monday Tennis App
- Create and manage your account
- Enable you to create and manage tennis groups
- Record and calculate match scores and leaderboard rankings
- Generate statistics and player performance data
- Send you important updates about the App (with your consent)
- Respond to your support requests and inquiries
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
4.1 Within the App
Match scores, leaderboard rankings, and player statistics are visible to other members of your tennis groups. Group administrators can see all player information within their groups.
4.2 Service Providers
We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App:
- Supabase: Cloud database and authentication services (data stored securely in the cloud)
- Apple: App distribution through the App Store
These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
4.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL
- Secure cloud infrastructure with industry-standard protections
- Email-based authentication (no passwords stored)
- Regular security assessments and updates

6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Match history and statistics are retained to maintain accurate leaderboards and historical records for your tennis groups.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 7). Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data.

If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.
